Our event planners will manage your venue, vendors, invitations, contract negotiations, permits, work back schedule, run of show and any other detail or task to ensure your event is a success. People and connection are at the heart of what we do; we strive to make every client feel valued, celebrated, and taken care of with our warm, genuine, concierge-style approach. Our team doesn’t believe in shortcuts to save time - instead, we strive to go above and beyond! She is not only fun and funny, but also extremely kind, with a very special talent for making her clients feel heard, seen, and understood. 

Amanda is a local gal through and through. Born and raised in Ottawa, she returned after getting her degree at Bishop’s University to become a cherished regular at all the hottest spots in the NCR. Amanda has been a part of the Ottawa event scene for over a decade, offering her impeccable taste and unforgettable flair to some of the city’s most talked-about events and parties. Just last summer, she managed to make lawn bowling the hottest ticket in town. That’s the power of Amanda Julia Events. 

They say the devil is in the details. well, Amanda is the angel who will swoop in to tackle each and every element of your event with heavenly calm, class, and charisma. She has experience putting together events of all shapes, sizes and vibes. From professional business-focused events, to private intimate soirees, or even “swing from the chandelier” bashes, Amanda is uniquely gifted in her approach of personalizing each event into a tailored, one-of-a-kind experience.

Following the consultation call, AJE will provide a personalized proposal with all of the details, costing, and framework for planning your event. Each proposal is tailored to your event, so you can be sure we have all of the details down exactly as you dreamed them.

Ready to say yes? Us too! To secure your event date and our planning services, we require a signed contract and a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event date.
