Welcome to THE ELEVATED EXPERIENCE! Sharon and I are so excited to introduce you to our elegant new event concept. With this new project, we look forward to turning your micro event celebrations into something spectacular.
We are two event planners that have been crushed by the pandemic. However, we have pivoted and adapted to become experts in curating new ways to engage and execute gatherings amongst family and friends in a safe environment. We are thrilled to be collaborating to bring fun back into your lives!
We have been working endlessly to manifest amazing experiences for you to enjoy as we ease out of this third wave. The restrictions are loosening, the vaccines are being injected, and we are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to make your next intimate event an ELEVATED EXPERIENCE in this post-lockdown reality.
Elevating your next celebration, event, or “just because” gathering has never been easier...or more glamorous. We are joining forces to eliminate the stress that accompanies hosting and entertaining. Now you can relax and enjoy your time while creating richer memories with the people that matter most.
THE ELEVATED EXPERIENCE assists in creating personalized gatherings that will bring excitement and joy to a space near you, whether it be a backyard, a beach, a park or whatever location you choose.
We offer a choice of themed atmospheres and you leave it to us to take your special occasion from dull to dreamy. If you have a birthday, anniversary, graduation, shower, bachelorette, or a “just because” event, allow us to turn it into an ELEVATED EXPERIENCE you will not soon forget!
It’s easy! You pick the date, time, theme, and location and we will arrive with all the bells and whistles. You don’t have to do a thing! We set it all up and tear it all down, leaving the premises exactly as it was before we arrived. No dirty dishes and no cleaning up for you.
You and your guests can take comfort in knowing that we at THE ELEVATED EXPERIENCE take your safety seriously. We will implement all government sanctioned protocols for your event to ensure you and your guests enjoy a safe, positive and memorable experience.
The Finer Details
Our basic package is $500 + HST
Set-up is for 4 people (with the option of adding up to eight people for an additional fee)
Bookings are scheduled for three hours (with the option to add time for an additional fee)
Each booking includes delivery (*an additional fee will apply if you are outside a certain KM radius from our warehouse), set-up and tear down (which includes clean up and means no dirty dishes for you to worry about!)
The choice of one of our six themes (with the option to customize your theme - depending on availability)

Boho Beauty
Warm neutral colours, rich textures, straw carpets in various shapes and sizes, rattan accessories, a gorgeous collection of white, off white, and grey bohemian pillows, Bamboo furniture, wicker seating, pampas grass in vases, boho baskets and poofs, with gold accents, crystal glasses, and a beautifully detailed tablescape makes this ELEVATED EXPERIENCE a peaceful, welcoming, and laid back environment to relax and spend some serious quality time with your friends and loved ones
Not so Shabby Chic
We are taking you back to the yesteryears with this gorgeous vintage setup. We use a cream, blush, blue, and gold colour palette to bring this eclectic experience to life. There are lace fabrics, decor pieces with an antique feel, and a classic glass water dispenser for guests to fill their cups. Light coloured lanterns, old-timey milk jugs, pretty glass vases with freshly picked flowers, and a vintage spool table come together to create this stunning tablescape. Vintage blue and white dinner plates resting on gold victorian charger plates, white satin napkins adorned with crystal napkin rings, along with blue and blush goblets create an inspiring sense of awe. Additional decor pieces include chandeliers (if the space allows), vintage chairs, vintage teapots and unique tea cups. Be prepared for all the compliments coming your way with this lush, detailed-to-perfection ELEVATED EXPERIENCE.
Canadiana
Oh Canada! This package includes an abundance of red/black and white/black buffalo plaid for a bold and colourful display. Snuggle up to a large wooden table over a mix of faux fur and checkered blankets. Your tablescape will include lots of wooden decor elements such as birch log candle holders and placemats, sleek black lanterns and charger plates, red napkins, raffia, lots of pillows, and cozy blankets (for when the temp starts to drop). This setup consists of other Canadiana elements such as a wagon wheel, barrels, and a special guest appearance by our ever-so-popular friend “Justin Beaver”. The atmosphere at this ELEVATED EXPERIENCE is cozy, warm and may even have all your guests wanting to sing “we stand on guard for thee”.
